ShounBach organizes CLE for the VA Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers

For the third year, ShounBach, along with other members of the Virginia Chapter of the AAML, coordinated and hosted an advanced family law CLE at the University of Richmond Law School.  This year’s effort was spearheaded by Susan Butler, and was entitled What You Don’t Know CAN Hurt You: Complex Issues in Divorce & Custody Cases.

The program included a wide range of topics including changes in federal tax law, Bitcoin and Cryptocurrency, the impact of divorce on the sale and transfer of the marital home, special needs children & divorce, and Ethics.

With over 100 attendees, the program was an exceptional success and reviews were outstanding. Everyone is looking forward to another great program in 2020!
