  • Sarah Knapp to Present at Virginia Bar Association’s 125th Annual Meeting

ShounBach Associate Attorney Sarah Knapp will be among the presenters at the Virginia Bar Association’s 125 th Annual Meeting being held January 22-24, 2015 in Williamsburg, Virginia.

Ms. Knapp is a member of the Domestic Relations Section of the Virginia Bar Association and will be one of the presenters at the Section’s continue legal education seminar being offered at the Annual meeting. The seminar is titled “Hot Topics in Family Law” and Ms. Knapp will be one of a number of family law attorneys from around the state who will each present a “Hot Topic.”

Ms. Knapp’s presentation is titled, “The Who, What, How, and Why of Cell Phone Spyware” and will focus on the capabilities and legalities of this worrisome technology as well as how it can impact Family Law practitioners.

An Associate at Shoun Bach since 2013, Ms. Knapp is also a member of the Virginia State Bar, the Fairfax Bar Association, and the American Bar Association and was recently re-elected as the Secretary of the Prince William County Bar Association.
