Suellen K. Honeychuck, RP

Ms. Honeychuck has worked as a litigation paralegal since 1995 in domestic relations, consumer and landlord/tenant law and white collar crime and fraud. She joined the paralegal team at Shoun, Bach, Walinsky & Curran, P.C. in 2005 and has since utilized her skills exclusively in the area of family and domestic relations law, including equitable distribution of assets and liabilities, preparation and analysis of discovery materials, all phases of trial preparation, and the implementation of post-divorce division of assets.

Ms. Honeychuck holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University with a double major in criminal justice and political science. Following graduation she joined the United States Air Force and served as an Intelligence Systems Officer until retiring in July 1995. Ms. Honeychuck completed her paralegal studies at The George Washington University in 1995.

She passed the National Federation of Paralegal Associations' (NFPA) Paralegal Advanced Competence Exam (PACE) in 2003, and is qualified as one of approximately 550 paralegals in the United States certified as an RP, or "PACE Registered Paralegal."

Ms. Honeychuck is a member of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association (Paralegal Affiliate); member of the Fairfax Bar Association and former chair of the Paralegal Section; member and Secretary/Treasurer of the Paralegal Association of Northern Virginia; former President of the National Capital Area Paralegal Association; member of the Virginia Alliance of Paralegal Associations; and member of the National Federation of Paralegal Associations. She currently serves as the NFPA PACE Coordinator for RP renewals.
