Mr. Moher graduated with honors from Allegheny College in 1997, and received his Juris Doctor from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 2000.

Since moving to Virginia in 2001, Mr. Moher has focused on family law. He is experienced in all aspects of family law, including adoptions, child custody, child and spousal support (alimony), equitable distribution of assets, protective orders, negotiation and preparation of pre-marital agreements, division of retirement assets, military issues related to divorce, and the income tax consequences of separation and divorce.

Mr. Moher is a member of the Virginia and Wisconsin state bars, and is a member of the Family Law Section of the Fairfax Bar Association.
