Albert Bonin Named President of the Fairfax Law Foundation

At ShounBach, we are dedicated to serving our community and delivering outstanding legal representation in divorce and family law matters. As a client-focused law firm that cares deeply about helping individuals and families in every way that we can, our attorneys are often engaged in community enrichment activities when they are not practicing law. We are excited to announce that our very own Albert M. Bonin recently became the president of the Fairfax Law Foundation this past August, an organization for which ShounBach has been a major financial contributor.

The Fairfax Law Foundation was established by the Fairfax Bar Association in 1982; the Fairfax Bar's charitable Foundation supports a variety of local programs that are aimed at improving the community's access to justice and promoting education regarding the Virginia legal system. The Foundation offers programs that enable FBA members to give back to their community and make a difference in the lives of everyday citizens.

The Foundation's programs cover a broad number of areas and range from making a difference in the life of school students to ensuring that everyone, regardless of economic background has access to fair and equitable justice. The Fairfax Law Foundation is making a real difference in Northern Virginia thanks to the generous efforts of its loyal members. Through the continued donations of volunteer time, financial support, or a combination of both by its members, the Foundation continues to enhance the legal profession in their own neighborhoods. As a proud and zealous supporter of The Fairfax Law Foundation, attorney Bonin was honored to accept the position as the Foundation's president.

In addition to becoming the president of The Fairfax Law Foundation, attorney Albert Bonin will be the guest conductor for the Jazz 4 Justice©, which is an award winning annual fundraiser that is presented by the Fairfax Law Foundation and the George Mason University Jazz Ensemble. Jazz 4 Justice© features top jazz musicians and ensembles from GMU and from our community. The 2013 Jazz 4 Justice© concert is scheduled for Friday, November 8, 2013 at 8:00 p.m. at George Mason University's Center for the Arts.

Proceeds from this event will help the Foundation continue its efforts towards servicing the North Virginia community and will help provide scholarships to students in the George Mason Department of Music.
